Dos Brazos del Rio Tigre, Peninsula de Osa

Located in one of the most bio-diverse areas of the world, protected within the forest reserve and a short hike from Corcovado National Park, this homesite lies off the beaten path.

Owner-built in 2000, the house has its own potable water source and is a solid cement structure (approx. 1000 sq. ft) with two bedrooms, combined kitchen/living area, bathroom, bodega and loft under cathedral ceilings. The five-acre property offers a unique jungle experience with 300 meters of river frontage, a backdrop of tropical rain forest and several types of fruit trees that are frequented by monkeys and toucans.
