Hi and welcome to Uncle Charly's.  My name is Matt and, together with a close circle of friends, I am pleased to offer the finest choice of  tropical hardwood carvings and other unique items, all hand-made in our exclusive designs. I moved to Costa Rica in the spring of 1995 (the Osa Peninsula) and immediately fell in love with, not only the people, but the country as well.  Uncle Charly's was born out of  love and a desire to share the uniqueness of Costa Rica. In 2001 I moved to the town of San Isidro, located some five hours north to be closer to my wife's family.  It is here we have decided to make our home and operate our business.
